Terms of Service
By using Lure Global you agree to these terms.
What Lure is
Lure Global is a gifting platform. Fans purchase items from a creator's wishlist. Lure handles fulfillment manually to the creator's protected address. Creators may respond with a personal video reaction.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. The total charged includes the item price and a Lure fee (which covers delivery and handling). Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
No refunds. No cancellations.
All purchases on Lure are final. Once a gift is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The only exception: if an item becomes unavailable after purchase (discontinued, out of stock, no longer sold by the retailer), Lure will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. We will notify the fan by email if this occurs.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or if the creator does not record a reaction.
Creator responsibilities
By creating a profile on Lure, you confirm:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- The information on your profile is accurate.
- You will provide a valid shipping address for gift fulfillment.
- You understand that Lure fulfills gifts manually and delivery timelines may vary.
Fan responsibilities
By purchasing a gift on Lure, you confirm:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You understand all purchases are final except in the case of item unavailability.
- You will not attempt to identify, locate, or contact a creator outside of the platform using any information obtained through Lure.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Lure to:
- Harass, stalk, or attempt to locate any creator.
- Submit fraudulent payments.
- Impersonate another person.
- Violate any applicable law.
Lure reserves the right to terminate any account and refuse service at its sole discretion.
Limitation of liability
Lure Global is not liable for delivery delays, customs duties, or product quality issues originating with third-party retailers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the gift in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Lure constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
