Privacy Policy

For creators

• Name, email, handle, profile photo, and social links.
• Shipping address — stored encrypted and never shared with fans or any third party except for the purpose of fulfilling a gift you receive.
• Wishlist items you add to your profile.

For fans (identified gifting)

• Email address.
• Name and Instagram handle if voluntarily provided.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

For fans (Mystery Admirer gifting)

• No personal information is collected or stored. Payment identity is held by Stripe solely for fraud protection and is never associated with a gift in our database.

• To operate the platform and fulfill gifts.
• To send transactional emails (gift confirmations, reactions).
• To contact you about your account.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), and Resend (email delivery).

Creator shipping addresses are encrypted at rest. Addresses are decrypted only in two places: your own dashboard, and our internal fulfillment process when placing a gift order. No fan, no third party, and no Lure staff member can access your address outside of these two contexts.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@lure.global.
